Add the brown sugar and screech, heat until simmering, then set aside.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Salmon fillets<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Preheat oven to 425F<\/li><li>In a cast iron skillet, heat up the olive oil on medium high heat. Sear each side of the salmon fillets about two minutes each side.<\/li><li>Transfer skillet to hot oven and roast fillets for 4 minutes.
