Discard any mussels that do not close when lightly tapped, set aside.<\/li><li>Saut\u00e9 the sausage, onions and garlic in olive oil using a frying pan until the onion is golden.<\/li><li>Lay cleaned mussels on top of onions and sausage. Add wine and salsa. Mix and cover.<br>Steam for 4-7 minutes.
