Pr\u00e9parer une plaque de cuisson comme dans la vid\u00e9o. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 400F.<\/li><li>Dans une casserole, ajouter l'huile de cuisson et faire cuire \u00e0 feu moyen. Une fois l'huile chaude, faire suer la brunoise de poivron rouge pendant 7 \u00e0 9 minutes en s'assurant qu'elle ne se colore pas.<\/li><li>Ajouter la cr\u00e8me s\u00fbre au poivron rouge et faire mijoter pendant 8 \u00e0 10 minutes.<\/li><li>Cuire les hu\u00eetres dans le four \u00e0 400F pendant 10 minutes.<\/li><li>Pendant la cuisson des hu\u00eetres, ajouter les autres ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 la sauce et faire mijoter \u00e0 feu doux pendant 2 minutes. Arr\u00eater la cuisson.<\/li><li>Retirer les hu\u00eetres du four et ajouter une demi cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sauce sur chaque hu\u00eetre cuite.
