Retirer du feu, mettre dans un chaudron qui va au four et placer le turbot sur les oignons.<\/li><li>Faire sauter les champignons, mettre sur le turbot et assaisonner de sel et poivre. Verser du jus de citron sur le dessus. Couvrir de papier aluminium et faire cuire au four pendant 30 minutes.<\/li><li>Pendant que le turbot cuit dans le four, m\u00e9langer doucement la cr\u00e8me et les &oelig;ufs en fouettant sans s'arr\u00eater. Ne pas faire cuire. Mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li><li>Quand le poisson est cuit, retirer les oignons, les filets et les champignons et mettre dans un plat. Garder au chaud.<\/li><li>S'il reste de la sauce du poisson, filtrer et ajouter \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me.
