Couper les filets de poisson en faisant des lani\u00e8res en biais de \u00bd pouce d'\u00e9paisseur.<\/li><li>Saupoudrer le poisson de poudre de piment et de cumin. Dans une grande po\u00eale non collante, faire chauffer de l'huile \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'elle soit chaude. Ajouter le poisson (cuire en 2 fois si n\u00e9cessaire pendant 2-3 minutes ou jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le centre soit opaque).<\/li><li>Remplir chaque tortilla r\u00e9chauff\u00e9e avec le poisson, le fromage, le reste de sauce et le m\u00e9lange au chou. Rouler et servir avec des quartiers de lime et de la coriandre hach\u00e9e.<br><\/li><li>Note: la m\u00e9thode alternative consiste \u00e0 remplir les coquilles de tacos de ma\u00efs avec une couche de poisson, de fromage, de sauce, du m\u00e9lange de chou.
