Retirer le gras et faire frire une seconde fois.<\/li><li>Ajouter le sirop d'\u00e9rable, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et retirer du feu.<\/li><li>Dans un grand saladier, m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients et laisser reposer au frais pendant 1 heure.<\/li><li>Pour le montage, placer la salade de homard et pomme de terre \u00e0 la base, puis parsemer de quelques morceaux de bacon \u00e0 l'\u00e9rable et terminer par un morceau de homard froid tremp\u00e9 dans du beurre chaud.
