Filtrer le liquide \u00e0 travers un coton \u00e0 fromage. Mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Retirer les moules de leurs coquilles, garder de c\u00f4t\u00e9 la moiti\u00e9 des moules.<\/li><li><strong>Pour la garniture : <\/strong>faire frire le bacon jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'il soit croustillant. \u00c9ponger l'exc\u00e9dent de gras avec une serviette en papier. \u00c9mietter finement. M\u00e9langer la chapelure avec l'ail, le persil, le thym, la ciboulette, les copeaux de parmesan, le beurre et les miettes de bacon. Ajouter le bouillon de moule mis de c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour humidifier le m\u00e9lange.<\/li><li>Placer les moules dans les moiti\u00e9s de coquille et parsemer du m\u00e9lange avec la chapelure. Mettre les coquilles sur une plaque de cuisson, parsemer de copeaux de parmesan et faire griller pendant 3-4 minutes ou jusqu'\u00e0 ce que le dessus soit dor\u00e9.<\/li><li>Note : la garniture de cette recette \u00e9tant cons\u00e9quente, diviser par deux les proportions ou congeler les restes.
