class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Blanchir les pommes de terre dans l'eau chaude pendant 4 minutes. Retirer de l'eau et couper en deux. Dans un chaudron \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais, chauffer l'huile d'olive, l'ail et les flocons de piment \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu'\u00e0 sentir une odeur d'ail.<\/li><li>Ajouter les \u00e9chalotes et les zucchinis, puis cuire jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient verts clairs. Ajouter les pommes de terre et faire cuire pendant 2 minutes. Remuer avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois.<\/li><li>Ajouter les l\u00e9gumes verts, la tomate et les olives noires et cuire pendant 5 minutes sur feu doux \u00e0 moyen. Ajouter le basilic, le persil, les zestes et le jus de citron. Assaisonner avec du sel et du poivre et r\u00e9duire \u00e0 feu doux.<\/li><li>Faire chauffer une po\u00eale en fonte \u00e0 feu \u00e9lev\u00e9. Ajouter l'huile d'olive. Quand l'huile est chaude, placer le s\u00e9baste sur la po\u00eale c\u00f4t\u00e9 poisson.<\/li><li>Cuire le poisson jusqu'\u00e0 ce que les c\u00f4t\u00e9s commencent \u00e0 colorer. Tourner le poison avec une spatule, ajouter du beurre puis arroser le poisson.
