Cela aide \u00e0 retirer la coquille. \u00c9plucher les oeufs et les couper en deux moiti\u00e9s \u00e9gales.<\/li><li>Retirer d\u00e9licatement les jaunes et les mettre dans un saladier. Avec une fourchette, r\u00e9duire les jaunes en pur\u00e9e. Ajouter la mayonnaise, le sel, le poivre, la sauce Worcestershire et le jus de citron.<\/li><li>Remplir une poche \u00e0 douille \u00e0 embout \u00e9toil\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9paration. Garnir les moiti\u00e9s de blanc d'oeuf. D\u00e9corer avec des tranches de saumon fum\u00e9 roul\u00e9es comme des petites roses.
