Parsemer le hareng du m\u00e9lange aux \u00e9pices, puis le refermer. Couvrir et mettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 3 heures.<\/li><li>Battre les jaunes d'oeufs avec le lait dans un petit bol. Fleurer un grand plat et assaisonner de paprika, sel et poivre.<\/li><li>Enduire le hareng de la pr\u00e9paration aux &oelig;ufs et le rouler dans la farine pour le recouvrir enti\u00e8rement. Retirer l'exc\u00e9dent de farine.<\/li><li>Chauffer une quantit\u00e9 d'huile suffisante dans une grande po\u00eale. Ajouter les 4 filets de hareng et faire frire \u00e0 feu moyen pendant 4-5 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 jusqu'\u00e0 ce qu'ils soient compl\u00e8tement cuits. Garder au chaud.
