Canadian Lobster Fajita

Ingredients

Olive oil
2 tbsp. (30mL)
Onions, sliced
1 cup. (250mL)
Red peppers, sliced
1 cup. (250mL)
Lemon juice
1/2 cup. (125mL)
Granulated garlic
1 tbsp. (15mL)
Seafood seasoning
1 tbsp. (15mL)
Lobster meat, cooked and chopped
1 lb. (450g)
Flour tortillas
4
Salsa or sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan over medium heat, heat the olive oil or butter. Add the onion and red pepper, sauté until crisp and tender (about 5 minutes).
  2. Add lemon Juice, granulated garlic, and seafood seasoning, seasoning, Sauté for 1 �" 2 minutes.
  3. Add Lobster meat and cook until heated through.
  4. Warm tortillas and fill each one with ¼ of the lobster mixture.
  5. Roll up and top with your favorite toppings.
