Drunken Crab Shooters


4 medium rough chopped
Small red onion
½ rough chopped
Red bell pepper
½ rough chopped
¼-½ cup
1 stalk rough chopped
1½ teaspoons
Salt & Pepper
to taste
Vodka (good quality)
1½ ounces
Tomato juice
3 ounces
Lemon juice
½ ounce freshly squeezed
Worcestershire sauce
1 dash
Hot sauce, or to taste (siracha is preferred)
1 dash
Celery salt
1 pinch
Freshly ground black pepper
1 pinch
Horseradish or to taste (optional)
¼ teaspoon prepared
Lemon wedge
Celery stalk
Assorted pickles
Assorted herbs
Crab Cocktail claws


  1. In a Vitamix (or powerful blender) place all tomato juice ingredients and blend until silky smooth.
  2. Adjust seasoning
  3. In a serving pitcher or shaker add tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire, celery salt & black pepper
  4. Mix well and adjust heat level with hot sauce and horseradish to desired preference.
  5. Poor into Jigger's (large shooter glasses)
  6. Garnish with cocktail claws, pickled vegetables, fresh herbs
