Canadian Lobster Dip

Ingredients

Canadian lobster, chopped
8 oz. (224g)
Lemon juice
1/2 lemon
Cream cheese
4 oz. (112g)
Prepared horseradish
1 tbsp. (15mL)
Mayonnaise
2 tbsp. (30mL)
Chopped dill
1/2 tsp. (2.5mL)
Salt and pepper

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients except lobster in a mixing bowl and stir well until creamed and smooth. Add in lobster and mix just until combined. Season with salt and pepper and serve anytime.
