Cocktail Sauce for Raw Oysters

Servings: 4 (6 oysters per person)

Ingredients

Canadian Oysters
24
Ketchup
2 cups
Horseradish
1.5 tbsp, prepared
Orange
1 juiced
Fresh Dill
1.5 tbsp, chopped

Instructions

1) Shuck 24 Oysters and set them aside on a serving platter.

2) Combine all remaining ingredients and mix well.

3) Place 1 teaspoon of cocktail sauce on each oyster and serve.
