Chives, cut batonnet

Shallots sliced thing

Ripe cherry tomatos, sliced

Cucumber cut Julienne with seeds removed
1/2 cucumber
Red pepper, cut Julienne
1/4 of a red pepper
Orange pepper, cut Julienne
1/4 of a orange pepper
Radish, cut Julienne
2 whole
Fronds fresh dill
10 whole
Cider vinegar
¼ cup
Olive oil
½ cup
Sea salt
To taste


Place in ice water for 10 minutes before adding to salad. Mix the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a bowl and set aside. Toss the salad ingredients in a bowl and add vinaigrette to taste. Season with sea salt.
