Snow Crab and Cod Linguine

Ingredients
Fresh linguine
680 g (1 1/2 lb)
35% cream, or half 2% milk and half tinned milk
500 ml (2 cups)
Unsalted butter
30 ml (2 tbsp)
Cooked Atlantic cod, cubed
450 g (1 lb)
Cooked snow crab, cubed
450 g (1 lb)
Pinch white pepper
Parmesan cheese, grated
250 ml (1 cup)
Parsley, chopped
30 ml (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- Cook fresh Linguine pasta in boiling, salted water for 11\2 minutes. Drain. Place in large pasta bowl. Keep warm.
- Pour 35% cream into large saucepan and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to a slow simmer. Add pepper and butter. Gently stir in cod and crab. Add grated cheese, blend well. Pour sauce over paste. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
