Pear and Red Wine Mignonette for Raw Oysters

Pears
1/2 cup brunoise
Red Wine
1/2 cup
Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup
Pure Maple Syrup
1/4 cup
Water
1 tablespoon
Cracked Black Pepper
1 teaspoon
Fresh Parsley
1 tablespoon chopped
Instructions
- Shuck 24 Oysters and set aside on serving platter.
- Combine all remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Place 1/2 teaspoon of Mignonette on each oyster and serve.
