Canadian Oysters

Pears
1/2 cup brunoise
Red Wine
1/2 cup
Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup
Pure Maple Syrup
1/4 cup
Water
1 tablespoon
Cracked Black Pepper
1 teaspoon
Fresh Parsley
1 tablespoon chopped

Instructions

  1. Shuck 24 Oysters and set aside on serving platter.
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Place 1/2 teaspoon of Mignonette on each oyster and serve.
